Personal Data Protection

You hereby grant consent to Netter s.r.o., with its registered office at Dvořákova 230, 533 45 Opatovice nad Labem, ID No. (IČ): 04734131 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), to process the following personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Protection Act”):

  • First and last name

  • Phone numbers

  • Email addresses

  • IP addresses

Purpose and Duration of Processing

The first name, last name, company name, phone number, and email must be processed for the purposes of user registration, statistics, the provision of further services, and establishing business communication. This data will be processed by the Controller for a period of 36 months.

Your Consent

You grant your express consent to the aforementioned processing. You may withdraw this consent at any time, for example, by sending an email or a letter to the company’s contact details at: info@nettermedia.cz

Processors

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller; however, the following processors may also process personal data for the Controller:

  1. Software (Web) Provider: Netter s.r.o., Dvořákova 230, 533 45 Opatovice nad Labem, ID No.: 04734131, VAT No.: CZ04734131.

  2. Other providers of processing software, services, and applications, which the company does not currently utilize.

  • Request information from us regarding what personal data of yours we are processing;

  • Request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data;

  • Request access to this data and have it updated or corrected;
